Sermon series
"We are God's household: Living out our identity in
​1 Timothy"

At Avenue, we want to grow two flourishing gospel churches in the years ahead - one at Avenue and one for the Eyres Monsell. 

But what does a flourishing gospel church look like?  We're going to be exploring the New Testament letter of 1 Timothy together this term to find out.

Regular Avenue Activities - some activities have had to be suspended for the time being

Monday

Beginners English class for women | Knighton Library | 10am
Avenue's Beginners English class for women with English as a foreign language - at Knighton Library on Clarendon Park Road.

This class has been a great way for us to get to know women from across the world who now live in Leicester and and to serve and bless them by helping them improve their ability to speak English.

Tuesday

Women's Bible Study | 10am-12noon
Come and meet up to encourage one another with God's word.

Wednesday 

Care and share | 10am
Care and Share is a relaxed group for parents and their pre-school children that meets at various locations. Contact Jo True if you would like to know more or join us. 

Thursday

Ace & Accelerate at Avenue Primary School
RESTARTING THURSDAY 16 SEPTEMBER
Accelerate and Ace will meet each Thursday during term time.

• Accelerate (for children in years 1-3) - 6pm-7pm 
• Ace (for children in years 4-6) - 7pm-8pm 

Friday

Ready to Read group | 1.30-2.30pm 
Following on from our Beginners English course, a class to improve English reading (reading 'The Jesus Storybook Bible') and conversation while making new friends.
