Avenue Women
At Avenue we see the importance of women investing in and discipling one another within our church community. Whether this happens through formal or informal gatherings, we aim to encourage one another to grow more Christ-like through teaching, bible study, prayer, and sharing the joys and struggles of life with one another.
We organise a range of women’s social events throughout the year so that we can deepen our friendships within the church. It’s also a great opportunity to introduce our wider friends to our church family.

Bible Study
Tuesday morning is a great opportunity for women of all ages to meet together to look at how the Bible speaks to us as women. We aim to encourage one another to grow in godliness by learning from one another, sharing our lives together and praying together. All women are welcome! Meeting 10am-12 noon at various locations. Avenue women's away day | The Lodge Trust | 28th September 2019
Our annual Avenue women's away day is coming soon. Every year, we aim for this to be a great time of spiritual refreshment, as well as an opportunity to relax in beautiful surroundings and enjoy each other's company. This year, Lauren Wicks and Lisa Wallis will be helping us explore the question: "Is change possible?" It would be great if as many Avenue women as possible could be there to encourage one another. There is a booking form which can be downloaded here or are on the back table at the school, including a box where you could put in the voluntary contribution for the day (£12 per person, which includes lunch on the day).
